Day one of Blogtoberfest...Hmmm what to write about?  Well, I've been trying to start this little business of mine and I'm finding that old saying, "you need to spend money to make money" very true.  The difficult part, of course, being that living off of my meager unemployment check does not really leave a whole lot left over for supplies, insurance, certificates, business license and all the other nonsense the lovely state of California requires.  Frustrating!  But I'm determined and it will happen even if it's at a snail's pace.  It will be interesting to see next blogtoberfest where I'm at with it, don't you think?

Hello again!
Just perusing a few back posts and I find that we are in similar boats - being unemployed and starting a new life as entrepreneurs!

Good luck with it - your granola and nut goods seem very tasty!
